Jay Mori, a New Jersey native, is the Principal-Managing Partner of The Mori Group and has been on the frontlines of commercial development for the past 14 years. As an integral part of The Mori Group, Mr. Mori focuses his energy on all aspects of real estate including but not limited to management, stabilization, valuation, operation, development, acquisitions, investments, repositioning, sales, and leasing. Furthermore, as an expert in commercial, hospitality, and retail real estate, he emphasizes quality through deliverance and revenue through efficiency to get value-added returns to the company’s investors. In order to build strong reputable partnerships Mr. Mori, during his daily routine, aspires leadership to achieve and promotes innovative “outside-the-box” strategies to brand the firm to success but more importantly, growth. Mr. Mori is a graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business with degrees in Management Information Systems and Business Law. Post-graduation, he worked diligently to achieve his Lean, Green, Black and Master Black Belts in Six Sigma Process Efficiency Implementation and Methodology from Villanova University. Mr. Mori is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of New Jersey focusing on commercial real estate with a sub-specialty focusing in on the hospitality industry. While not in the office, Mr. Mori loves to travel the world learning about new cultures, photography, biking, spending time at their shore house, and playing tennis. He resides in South Jersey with his lovely wife Mitali, their three daughters Saraiya, Amaiya, and Naiya and their Yorkie-Poo, Jackson.
